Processing time
Orders processed within 1-3 business days. No processing on weekends/holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery
Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, delays from carriers are out of our control.

Domestic (Canada)
Standard: 5-10 business days after processing.

International
7-21 business days after processing. Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the buyer's responsibility, not included in your order total.

Lost or delayed packages
Once shipped, we're not responsible for carrier delays. If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, contact the carrier first, then us at dafreq.official@gmail.com.

Incorrect address
We're not liable for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly at checkout. Reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

No shipping, delivered instantly via email/download link after purchase.
