1. Agreement
By using dafreq.ca or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. Don't agree? Don't use the site.

2. Products
We sell physical merch and digital products (SEO tools, readings, consulting). Digital products are non-refundable once delivered/accessed. Physical goods follow our Return Policy.

3. Orders & pricing
We can refuse or cancel any order. Prices can change without notice. We're not liable for typos or pricing errors, if it's clearly wrong, we'll cancel and refund.

4. Payment
Payment processed via Stripe/Shopify. You're responsible for accurate billing info.

5. Shipping
Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss transfers to you once the item ships.

6. Intellectual property
All content (music, designs, text, branding) is owned by DaFREQ/FREQHOUSE Records. Don't copy, resell, or redistribute without written permission.

7. Digital services & readings
Tarot, Sun sign readings, consulting, etc. are for entertainment/informational purposes only, not professional, medical, financial, or legal advice.

8. User conduct
No fraud, harassment, or illegal use of the site. We can ban anyone who violates this.

9. Limitation of liability
We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability capped at the amount you paid.

10. Governing law
Alberta, Canada. Disputes settled in Alberta courts.

11. Changes
We can update these terms anytime. Continued use means you accept the changes.
